I joined Hulme Hall Medical Group in July 2021 having worked here as a locum for 12 months before. My previous practice experience was as a partner in Trafford from 1992 onwards.

Outside of the practice, my other role is as a GP Appraiser, assessing and assisting other GPs annually with their professional development.

My particular interest in general practice is in the holistic aspects of illness and how to maximise benefits from self-help and drug-free options when negotiating management plans with patients.

I strive to keep up in all areas however, I am particularly interested in women’s health. Also, my role at HHMG as the GP Lead for our patients with Learning Disabilities has allowed me to focus on this area of interest as well.

Outside of work, I enjoy anything outdoors, but especially hill walking, birdwatching and open water swimming. Indoors, I am known for my love of cooking and eating!
